Graduation Project Information
One of the biggest undertakings of this semester will be the completion of your Graduation Project you started during English III. This year you will complete the final components of the project. You will be required to complete a product which should be about 15 hours worth of work. This product should be a direct link to showcase your research and MUST be something that you develop or create. You will also complete a portfolio (if you are missing any components, even those from English III, please go to the BHS website or the student Canvas Course for specific details and directions) to present to the judges. If you were in a non-CMS school for English III you will need to complete the alternative to the research paper before going forward with the English IV components. Finally, you will present your research and product to the review board in presentation format. You can use PowerPoint, Prezi, etc. anything that you are comfortable presenting. Here is a video from a previous Butler student who presented a few years ago to give you the basic idea.

The timeline should keep you on track of due dates. The final portfolio should have the following components in order to be considered complete ...
Please see me if you have any questions or concerns - do not wait until the last minute, it could be too late by then!
